Can you support our tax software?

Yes. We support the workstations, servers and network your tax and accounting applications depend on, including the prior-year versions you are required to keep, and we work with those vendors directly when an issue sits on their side.

We need a written information security plan. Can you help?

We can document and maintain the technical half of it: access control, encryption, backups, patching, logging and endpoint protection. The plan itself is your firm's document and should be reviewed by someone qualified to advise you on what it must contain.

How do you prepare us for busy season?

We review capacity, patching, backups and ageing hardware ahead of January, so that work happens before the pressure arrives rather than in the middle of it.

Can seasonal staff be set up and removed safely?
